It supports a dedicated specialist palliative care service in all of the acute hospitals across the region.

They are a charity with staff and volunteers based across the UK and campaign on behalf on people who are approaching the end of their lives so their voices are heard and they have better access to the care they want.

They provide expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care at their specialist centre in Tadworth, supporting children and families from across the UK including services in the community and online support for parents.

It also extends it's care to family and friends offering a bereavement service.

St Leonard’s Hospice St Leonard’s Hospice is an independent charity having provided palliative care for 38 years for local people with life-limiting illnesses. The hospice provides many services including IPU, Home Care, Sunflower Hub, physiotherapy, social work, bereavement, occupational therapy, spiritual care and hospice biographers. Care is rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Heart of Kent The Heart of Kent Hospice is an independent charity providing expert care for people facing the life limiting illnesses, providing services to Maidstone, Aylesford, Tonbridge and Malling and the surrounding villages. Their specialist teams care for nearly 1,000 patients and their families each year at home or in the Hospice, improving their quality of life and helping them live each day as fully as possible.

Zero Three Care Zero Three Care opened its doors in November 2004 providing specialist residential care to people with learning disabilities who also present challenging behaviour. ZTC not only provides accommodation but also have their own Clinical Psychology Team who support service users and staff in ensuring to find positive and non-restrictive ways of working with challenging behaviours.
